Superintendent
The Superintendent is responsible for meeting production goals by effectively managing multiple foremen, subcontractors, equipment, and maintaining safety standards. Coordinates and supervises work activities for all craft disciplines on a large heavy construction project.
Requirements:
-
3+ years’ current heavy highway, road and/or bridge construction experience

Experience with medium to large highway road and bridge project experience
-
Candidate MUST have TxDOT experience

Experience with managing heavy civil foreman and crews
-
Ability to Plan and perform highly complex operations with the ability and authority to make decisions autonomously

Must be capable, licensed, and approved to drive a company pick-up truck or similar vehicle to work sites, offices, and other locations as required to perform job duties
