Bill Thomas

Mr. Thomas has 30 years of experience in the construction business. He has a BS in Civil Engineering and Construction Management from Texas A&M University. He has a strong background in safety, construction management and estimating. He has had P/L responsibility for over $110 million of annual construction work and over $250 million of annual construction work and material sales. He has personally managed project from $500,000 to $194 million. He is experienced in all phases of utility, road and heavy highway construction. In his current role he is responsible for the construction and estimating of multiple projects between Austin and Laredo.
